ABOUT DAVID
David is known for guiding churches toward the vision God has for them through team building, strategic planning, and creatively communicating the teachings of Christ. With a deep passion for ministry, he effectively uses his spiritual gifts—leadership, teaching, administration, and evangelism—to equip church leadership, helping them thrive in their God-given roles.

​A personable and professional team player, David brings strong speaking and writing skills, mentorship, and a results-driven leadership approach. His ability to navigate conflict resolution and foster unity has been instrumental in strengthening teams and driving organizational success.

​David's ministry journey began as a volunteer at his home church in Tampa, FL, eventually leading him to dedicate his life to serving the Church. For over 40 years, he has been a professional musician in churches and studios, a full-time pastor for 36 years across four congregations, and most recently, a certified level 3 chaplain in the marketplace.

Beyond his ministry, David has been married to his wife, Terri, since 1987. Together, they have two adult children, Ashley and Joshua, one grandchild, and another on the way. Over three decades, their family has followed God's calling, moving wherever He led them. No matter where they have called home, David has remained committed to leading his family in keeping God at the center of their lives.
