Accomplishments:

1. Helped people walk through forgiveness over former pastor and members bailing.

2. Developed and led a Design Team and Alignment Team to define CCC, what we are to do, and how we will do it.

3. Hired staff member to oversee groups and ministry teams. Started a Network Class to take the spiritual gift assessment tool to a level that helps individuals find opportunities to serve

4. Hired staff member to oversee local and foreign impact events to reach the missing and hurting.
