Accomplishments:

1. Brought people through a season of healing and understanding  about the founding pastor leaving suddenly and a group of people leaving during the 2 years without a pastor.

2. Developed and led a Design Team to define SFCC, what we were to do, and how we would do it.

3. Taught congregation about spiritual giftedness, took them through a spiritual gift assessment tool, and developed opportunities to serve.

4. Did extensive teaching on God’s heart for the lost, how to reach out, styles of evangelism, and became an example by personally modeling a lifestyle of evangelism in the community.

5. Started a preschool (age 18 months-PreK 4) that grew to facility’s capacity
